One of the most exciting new features we have ever seen! This feature allows your customers to transparently communicate with you whether you are at your desk, on the road, in another location, or even on the other side of the country. SimRing allows you to program in up to four telephone numbers that will ring whenever your main number is called. You answer the phone you are currently at! Your customer never needs to know you’re “away”. Just think, no extra phone numbers for them to remember no need to update when you change cellular service, and you never have to be out of touch again.

HOW TO USE:

1. From your main number, dial *94
a. If you are not able to call from your main number use the access number provided when you signed up for SimRing.
2. You will receive a ringback tone followed by a special dial tone
3. When you hear the special dial tone, dial your seven digit main number followed by your seven digit password.
4. Wait for the special dial tone to return (should be less than 5 seconds)
5. Dial *94 again to access the main menu
