Call Forwarding No Answer allows you to send all in-coming calls to another number, and make out-going calls at the same time. You have found yourself in this position before, you have commitments that will take you away from your desk and you are waiting for a very important call at the same time, what do you do? With Call Forward No Answer you can make sure there is something other than a busy signal for the important incoming call. Rather than loose the call, set the number of times it will ring at your desk before forwarding the caller to your voicemail, cell phone, or company receptionist. Attend your “must make” meeting with confidence, your calls are going to be handled wherever you are.

HOW TO USE:

To Initiate Call Forward No Answer:
1. Press *92 to activate Call Forward No Answer
2. Dial the number on the keypad to indicate how many rings your phone should make before forwarding to the “New Number’ (2-9 rings)
3. When the call is answered Call Forward No Answer is in effect.

To Deactivate Call Forward No Answer
1. To deactivate Call Forward No Answer
a. Press *93 and listen for the confirmation tone
b. Once you hear the confirmation tone, Call Forward No Answer is deactivated and you can use your phone as normal.
